How do you screen engineers?+

Top-of-funnel referral-only. Then four senior engineers interview before we make an offer. We hire about 1 in 80 candidates and our average tenure is over 12 years.

What if it’s not a fit?+

30-day no-fault swap during the first 60 days. After that, normal off-ramp applies. We’d rather lose the engagement than fight to keep a bad fit.

Time zones?+

Engineers are in US Pacific, US Eastern, and CET (Lisbon). We can usually overlap 4+ hours with any global team. We don’t do night-shift placements.

Can we hire your engineers?+

After 12 months on the engagement, yes — with a transfer fee that gets credited toward future engagements with us. Before that, we’d rather keep the team intact for you.
